Not great. Terrible leadership. No professional development. 5% of the commercial America reps actually hit quota. Base is high, but when you aren’t touching your OTE that’s important. Established sellers who have been there 3+ years are the only sellers making bank. Tough market fit with a nice to have non mission critical application. Tough place to sell and make it unless you come from the trade compliance, third party risk space.

At the time coming onboard was exciting since this role was new and outsourced prior. No opportunity for this role leadership is nonexistent
