No sales enablement team, just one new hire for sales enablement. Almost no quality inbound leads, marketing team is not aligned with sales team at all. It was alright, got my foot in the door in tech sales so will be forever grateful to this company. Think they're at a weird point company wise. Wants to grow and think they're Google but at the same time, they struggle with start up problems.
