Not the best leadership for a sales organization. The sales leaders are unexperienced and don't care about any learning or development, or the sales team in general. They work you pretty hard, and only care about numbers. No fun or culture there.

Lots of potential for the org to succeed, as a sales rep though there isn't much to it as the deals are quite small and far from plenty

Fast sales cycles and commission payouts. Excellent PMF. ICP is not a sophisticated buyer so based on your preference that may be a hindrance. High velocity. Performance over everything type of a culture which can be a pro or a con depending on who you are.
