Scope AR has been in business for over 10 years and has only received Series A funding. No salesperson has ever hit quota, and the entire sales team has turned over multiple times in the last 4 years. Leadership has no clue how to run, support or manage sales and fire people on a moment's notice without severance and blame everyone else for their mistakes.

Struggling solution in a struggling industry. Leadership is terrible, no vision, no alignment, no support. Comp plan is rigged to never pay out commission on large deals, virtually impossible to succeed, sales team turnover annually, drastically cut head count recently.
