Some really good people work at the Vancouver office but it feels like the Australia office pushes outdated working culture and tactics that simply do not translate to to AMER.

Exec team that are out of touch, riddled with nepotism and old school kpi metrics. No form of inbound leads, outdated product with lack of updates in a heavily competitive industry and no presence. High volume outbound. Micromanagement and belittlement from exec team with a attitude of burn and churn when it comes to staff.

My overall experience was not to great the leadership is very unprofessional they have very high expectations but little to no training while my time at Scout Talent 4 people were layed off for no reason at all
