Former Employee Pretty bad and disorganized leadership who don't understand the product (even though its a simple product). Commission is very hard to get even with being a high performer based on implementation timelines and the weird mystery that is the 4 metrics they categorize revenue by, who even knows. Constant change and disorganization hidden under the mask of "start up culture". Very little accountability and it will always be your fault as an AE even if it is completely out of your control. Lot's of micro managing. Best way to have success is if you can put your head down and play the silly game. Very solid product market fit for sure, but that's about it. I think i got dumber working here.
