The SDR leadership is terrible , everyone has a high quota held over their head with no one to support them. The leadership tries to help but seems to have never had to book a meeting in their life, which reflects why only 3 reps of a 12 person team are consistently hitting quota. They DONT communicate that AE roles are territory based which was never communicated so there seems to be little to no growth for SDRs unless you are in territory . Enterprise opportunities will never be a option either as the product is so niche and only 5 accounts qualify for enterprise

Comp structure does not allow for reps to be compensated A) fairly or B) timely. OTE is a phantom number. Reps did not make their predetermined OTE in 2024. Pretty bad and disorganized leadership who don't understand the product (even though its a simple product).
