New leadership in place is managing decline and not growing. Layoffs after layoffs. Very few reps hitting their number. No marketing to be heard of. Pretty solid tech but no one has heard of it. Biggest value was in the team delivering services, and they slashed them by 66% or more. Great base pay but commission was hard to come by for most

product isnt enterprise grade, they will push like it is but its not. crwodstrike and rapid7 usually win the deals. leadership is very inconsistent and focuses on 1-2 people. if you dont have big deals, you dont matter. lots of turnover this year and you cannot grab any consistency.
