Incredible product, great leadership in C Suite, Mid Senior sales leadership do not coach, just read forecast. Tough for new sellers, inspect the territory for ICP (high tech/finserv win the most). Best sales roles here are in FinServ and Enterprise segment.

Highly subjective experience depending on commercial vs enterprise and target vertical. If you're in commercial sales and focused on tech start up vertical you'll have low value but volume sales. Anything outside of this you'll struggle.
