My overall experience was good. The base is really low (minimum wage) but the earning capacity is pretty high.

Just a number and they push you to write bad business or be penalized to earn less per sale, been here 5 years making around 180k to 200k a year as top agent. It’s not a bag job but I think the healthcare industry as a whole is changing and there is gonna be less opportunity to sell
