Worked with some really great people and strong culture. The product/vision was strong. The product struggled in the competitive U.S. Market, however, with larger incumbents and global leadership didn't fully understand the time and requirements needed to grow the strategic enterprise business. Macro economic factors lead to the team over hiring then being directed to change direction quickly.

CEO is out of his depth and complete mismanagement of EMEA region. Sales manager in EMEA is only concerned about his personal brand and provides no support and randomly goes AWOL. Salaries are great but targets are ridiculous.
