Twilio is a very different company than it was a few years ago. Dominant in SMS but when the growth from COVID stopped it lost its way. 3 large layoffs in 18 months. Abrupt and radical changes in strategy, direction, leadership with very little communication.

A real good experience at twilio. Good opportunity to make good money. Commission plans changed constantly and we're nearly impossible to interpret. Add to that, your commission payout was not based on Deal size but how accurately you projected the customers usage of the amount that they committed. Very complex.
