My overall experience was very positive at Sense until clients began to churn en masse in 2023. This caused the organization to panic, scramble, and put all of their efforts into new projects, rather than strengthening the integrity of legacy systems, which began to fail on a regular basis, causing more churn. The burnout rate is astronomical at the time that I'm writing this in Summer 2023.

My direct co-workers are great to work with but the constant pressure and getting let go even when your a top-performer is overwhelming. The outlook on the company isn't great and leadership doesn't seem to care about professional development, just how much money you're going to make them.
