Former Employee1.3Jan 25, 2024Absolutely clueless company...don't waste your time! Leadership is terrible, they hire reps and train them for 30 days and if you don't close a deal in 90 days you're gone. The sales cycle is easily 9-12 months so it's a joke.

Current Employee2.1Jan 31, 2024Sense is a great product but the leadership is lackluster at best. Beating the reps down is their strategy and has resulted in a very poor culture. The training team is great and helps you understand the product. The Head of Sales/Founder should write a book on how to demotivate your team and get your top performers to leave.
