Great company, good product. US hq means as usual there might be some culture misunderstanding in terms of expectations if used to working in european only company.

The company is really good and wants to be great. They have the right ideas but need leadership at the top to execute. Every earnings call the stock price drops when they hear our leaders talk. That same tone comes through in company all hands and emails.
