My territory has been very difficult, but overall the support is very present. Recent leadership changes at VP level has created too many watchful eyes focused on KPIs and not actual work.

Leadership seemed to lack direction. They wanted to move into new technologies to better support their customer base but always deferred back to endpoint protection.
