It would have been helpful to have a Sales Enablement coach with real world (or any) sales experience. In my time there, I never saw upper management pick up the phone once, make a cold email or help to stimulate deals (even when they competed against the team for set appointments). Upper Management leads from outdated metrics and an overall cringy strategy. Avoid at all costs.
