Great product, great leadership, but can use more work on the end of diversity and inclusion. Diversity and inclusion became better overtime but at times felt like more of a boys club type of an org.

My experience with ServiceChannel was great until acquired by Fortive. The sales culture has declined rapidly due to poor senior sales leadership brought in over the last year. I'm not really sure they even know what is being sold or how. Senior leadership has no ability to assist strategically in deals, only knows how to ask when the deal is coming in.
