Service Express has maintained the majority of the strong culture as they have grown, but there are growing pains as with any company. Overall it's a great place to work with genuine people, a great product market fit, and the ability to earn a great income if you achieve/exceed your sales goals.

It's been great for me. A lot depends on who your AE is, territory, accounts. There's good training, and it's definitely a fun environment in the SDR department. Quota is easily attainable if you have any kind of work ethic.

Great people, challenging leadership. Traditional PE backed company challenges amplified by leadership who have not sold the product, nor sold into the vertical. This leading to applying expectations and growth strategies that do not translate to the industry.
