They had a new PE purchase the company, had some tricky financials when the purchase went through. Had the entirety of the west region disbanded due to leadership qualms and pressure from the purchase. Quite a difficult work environment to build sustainable growth.

Fair compensation, quotas continue to increase and comp plan does seem to lag.

My overall experience was positive, I just did not agree with the direction senior leadership was going. There were some questionable changes made and it was not relayed down well. Changes were needed but senior sales leadership went to other departments rather than the sales organization which made the normal sales process complicated and inefficient.
