If you're not selling BPO services you are not valued or needed. Sales leadership in constant fluctuation as well as GTM. Commit to a plan and stick with it and stop over reacting every 6 months.

Big machine, very diverse in culture and backgrounds as a very strong positive. Trouble shaking off pure BPO badge, but working hard at it. Senior leadership circle is extremely tight and in lock step, they shed anything poisonous to the business. This is a vendor partner role that I am in. It is much to be desired for to be honest. The training, while was standard, was riddled with miscommunications, tech issues, and changing goal posts. Great base pay but the commission payout is not good. There are different business units and so it can very within the company depending on the business unit.
