Calling through recycled leads, manager changed twice in my first 60 days, and threatened with a PiP the month after ramping when I was given awful leads. A lot of changes happened that made consistent quota attainment unrealistic and leadership adopted a "fire fast" mentality. Though I was a top performer before, I am no longer and have somehow managed to hang on for almost a year despite the changes. Repvue shows quota attainment as very high. I'm...Read More
