Sales development org is getting worse. Brought in someone from sales force who’s ruining it. Slashes our pay, cap commissions, making it 20% harder getting paid 30% less.

Was part of a team that was merged into Titan from an acquisition. Things at first were very welcoming, however increased qouta expectations and little allowance to prospect new leads made for an environment that everyone from my former team quickly left, and many people who came in the last two years left as well. Great opportunity but you are in a big pond
