ServiceTitans rating makes me doubt RepVues credibility. They have definitely overhired for SDR roles at ServiceTitan. The leads given are ones that have been recycled over and over to the point where when the next SDR calls they feel like they're being harassed. Leadership glorifies the suck-up culture that is a part of the sales org. You'll be in a seat as an SDR for at least 2.5 years before you're even considered for an AE position.

Awful training. You're better off relying on your manager for better coaching. Inbound seems to get a great amount of traction and theres definitely a good demand for the product because many reps are hitting quota. Leads given are terrible but it's okay because there is definitely a few diamonds in the rough. Culture is amazing aswell.
