My overall experience was mostly positive. There were several favoritisms across departments. If you weren’t an employee from the beginning you were treated differently.

Awesome start but recent acquisition from DoorDash may change things

After the acquisition to DoorDash there have been positive changes to the pay structure but career advancement and training have taken a hit. Multiple AEs hired instead of promoting SDRs with 1+ years in tenure. Overall more stable place to work post acquisition. Culture has slightly improved post acquisition.
