I hit President's club for most of my career but was overlooked due to other candidates that "Fit the Culture" profile better. Typical good old boy network that advances people related to who's friends with who. I think it would be better to work for another company or another...Read More

Lead Gen (CRM), was very helpful at tracking leads and following the recommended steps within the sales process. Commission is paid quarterly and yearly. Reps are given company vehicles for travel (With company credit card).
