A hard to sell product in a tough market with relatively high customer churn rates. Inbound leads were essentially non-existent with no marketing team. To make up for a lack of leads leadership simply increased prices and doubled minimum subscription sizes in a market going backwards with budgets making life even harder for reps.

Shootsta had a good sales team, but no marketing to support sales. There was no understanding of MQLs vs SQLs, and most reps weren't making quota. Interesting product, but mostly a nice to have and not a necessity.

Overall experience is positive. Great team that are all eager to learn and lapping up the push companies are making towards video. The brand and culture have undergone a huge refresh which is exciting (and needed to happen!). Onwards and upwards for the Shootsta team.
