The overall experience is one that could be great due to what the company can offer. Especially with your visibility to our customers, we have the potential to make waves in our segment of the marketplace and pull in additional new clientele, but a lot of turnover in leadership is adding more holes to a leaky ship.

Commission structure is decent however leadership is not fully in tune with teams and reps. Annual account restructuring is ill-thought of and often to the detriment of rep performance,
