Former Employee From 2018 - 2022 the culture and work environment were cultivated by certain set of people who are no longer there. Since VeriShip acquired Sifted, and changed brands to Sifted - things haven’t never quite seemed the same. Which is absolutely expected in a transition such as two companies merging.
The focus of the company is no longer in favor of the employee, which is also expected based on my experience. Who knows where Sifted goes, but they do have a lot of potential to be great. Former Employee Company went private equity and everything seemed to go downhill.
