Lots of layoffs, mandatory RTO, product is good and has room for growth - lacking vision in P&T - understanding of the omnichannel product.

Attrition here is starting to show from leadership ignoring poor morale and asking people to do more with less repeatedly. There has been 3 major layoffs in 14 months. 2 acquisitions. poor infrastructure and huge amount of content debt, so you have to be very scrappy to be successful. PMF is excellent. Customers love us.
