Current Employee Great. Leadership is good, people tend to be happy and do well as long as you put in the effort. Can be a little slow to make it up to AE, as it's generally a 1.5 - 2 year track. And also can be a grind, as it's a startup culture so it's do well or die. Also because it is a start up, there sometimes isn't very clear training to success in the AE role. However, people are willing to help, you just have to be proactive, ask, and also put in the effort yourself.
