Current Employee Made the jump to Sigma earlier this because of it's product market-fit. While there are still somethings being ironed out, Sigma is a purebred market disruptor and has the opportunity to reshape the BI/analytics space.
Leadership is in the boat with each and every seller – you'll have the resources you need to win deals, drive NDR (one of Sigma's highest priorities), and generate pipeline.
One of the best partner motions in SaaS as well... along with a very solid enablement team that's constantly iterating on processes to keep a pulse on the buyers' market.
Solutions Engineering team is world-class and the product/support/community are unlike any other org I've worked at. Definitely a challenge, but worth every second of it
