The product market fit is excellent. It is a steep climb for learning the products and for managing all the internal "stuff." Right now it is very disorganized but they are working to make it better.

Leadership swung from idea to idea, product to product, trying to find the right path. Did not listen to input from sales team, although they had little to no experience in the product of the company they acquired. They thought they had all the answers.
