PE backed company that bought a few smaller ones and put them together to "integrate" the products. Problem is with leadership. Ex-retirees who wanted to climb the mountain one more time/get a bigger boat. Human capital are treated very poorly. It's been a revolving door. Miss a quarter? You could be gone. And the level of micromanagement is worse than a swarm of gnats on a camping trip. But, they do have a great product! So good luck....

Leadership swung from idea to idea, product to product, trying to find the right path. Did not listen to input from sales team, although they had little to no experience in the product of the company they acquired. They thought they had all the answers.
