Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Signifyd is a great company. Smart people, good people. Very rarely run into slimy people with questionable ethics. Lots of opportunity to learn, however not much opportunity to earn a promotion.
Part of this is due to the recent economic downturn, however, even before then moving up internally was quite difficult. Also required more time than other companies to move from BDR to AE (usually 2 years).
50% of BDRs are hitting quota, few AEs hitting quota and that's only because of inbounds.
Great product, definitely #1 in our vertical. Lots of inbound lead flow in the SMB segment, but not much in the Enterprise space.
4 day work week is great for culture
