Great product and culture, but the sales side needs significant improvement in terms of their expectations for hitting targets. Instead of spending so much money on swag, why not invest it in the latest sales enablement software? This would allow SDRs and other sales personnel to effectively and efficiently hunt for new prospects

few reps hitting quota, layoffs happening, not much loyalty to reps (both top and bottom performers fired) and competition getting better
