GREAT market fit, lots of experienced employees and top notch CSM Team and customers love the platform. Lots of turn-over had many questioning leadership, but future is looking up and room for improvement is possible, if they listen to their employees. Hopeful, yet TBD.

Simpplr has really great people that want to do well but is lacking the direction needed to thrive in this market. There have been a lot of layoffs in nearly every department which has caused a lot of uncertainty across the board. The company is very AI focused, I am optimistic that they will continue to lead that front in the employee communications space.

I had a very disappointing experience at Simpplr. Senior leadership is completely incompetent and have no idea what they are doing. They do nothing to support SDR’s - while constantly raising quotas and / or going through quarters without a comp plan. Marketing provides no leads and pushes out subpar webinars no one attends.
