Base salary and OTE are definitely below market rate. Recent changes in leadership and culture have led to plummeting morale. Used to thrive with due to strong channel presence and weak competition. Competitors have now really gotten their foot in the door and very few improvements have been made on our core product to keep up.

Singlewire's comp plan for new Account Managers is awful. It's about half of what you'd get at any other software company and quota is unattainable - $180k/month on an average deal size of $8k. BDR's are just sitting around waiting for inbound leads that never come and partners are more interested in selling competitive solutions that are more feature-rich.
