Everbridge leadership only cares about the bottom line and not their employees. While they "speak" a good game, their actions tell a different story. Avoid this company if you want a long term successful career, as they don't value loyalty.

Acquired by PE firm so cutting costs is a company priority. This involves paying reps less, expecting more. Leadership is not great- trying to fit square in a round hole by making our structure monthly/quarterly although our cycles are 6+ months for anything strategic.
