Was a good company with great culture, then too many execs started spending too long in the product rooms. Org structure is lacking and they’re feeling the pain of having people in sales management seats with no prior experience - they’re there because they were longest serving during the start up days.

Negative. Knew it was a bad fit from day one when the sales trainer opened his mouth. Not sure how he still has a job. Leadership lacks professionalism and communication skills. No accountability and poor decision making. You will be managed by new leadership from out side the tech industry. Would not recommend
