Negative. Knew it was a bad fit from day one when the sales trainer opened his mouth. Not sure how he still has a job. Leadership lacks professionalism and communication skills. No accountability and poor decision making. You will be managed by new leadership from out side the tech industry. Would not recommend

SiteMinder is a decent company. I had a good experience here and learned a lot. Pay is below average and they changed the comp plan so SMB and Mid Market don't make more than 100k. Most of the money goes to Enterprise reps who control all the referal partners and major accounts.
