SiteMinder is a decent company. I had a good experience here and learned a lot. Pay is below average and they changed the comp plan so SMB and Mid Market don't make more than 100k. Most of the money goes to Enterprise reps who control all the referal partners and major accounts. This is a great place for anyone getting started in tech sales who is hungry to learn and doesn't mind making less than 100k and cold calling a lot. But if you are looking for a more experienced/enterprise role where you can crack 200k this is not it.

Negative. Knew it was a bad fit from day one when the sales trainer opened his mouth. Not sure how he still has a job. Leadership lacks professionalism and communication skills. No accountability and poor decision making. You will be managed by new leadership from out side the tech industry. Would not recommend
