Product is a good fit for the right customers, but the TAM isn't what leadership thinks it is. Some product areas are constantly innovating and improving. Others are very stale and tough to sell/use.

Lots of ppl stay for many years and lots leave right away, there are myriad issues with leadership support & onboarding
