Former Employee2.3Jan 11, 2024Misaligned Sales org. The people are often nice, but unfortunately the team structures put even the nicest people on the defensive. Saw a lot of layoffs, and hiring, while there as well as a mandatory full company pay cut and a pause on all merit for a year.
