Great product led with innovation and truly delivering measurable value to customers. Org challenges prevent further dynamic growth and some parts of the org not showing adaptability to a needed change. Complex tech to sell that could be overwhelming to some in the Field. Enablement is highly underdeveloped and non exciting coaching and development culture which leaves individuals on their own.

One of the highest ARR earners within my time there. Revolving door with sales/marketing. Politics are heavy even if you do well and earn the company millions.
