Great product led with innovation and truly delivering measurable value to customers. Org challenges prevent further dynamic growth and some parts of the org not showing adaptability to a needed change. Complex tech to sell that could be overwhelming to some in the Field. Enablement is highly underdeveloped and non exciting coaching and development culture which leaves individuals on their own.

The issues are with leadership and marketing. There are way too many people who don’t frankly do much or what little they do is low quality. They are tied in with the CEO. Marketing survives because no one appears to measure them on ACV.

Great people, great product, they just have some organizational struggles they need to overcome, they need to focus on and enable the sales teams more. But there is opportunity here.
