Current Employee Used to be great. While the product is good, the company culture and leadership has plummeted. Tons of people in leadership that have no business being there and were put into those roles through personal relationships with other people in leadership or were just major ass kissers to the right people. Tons of lying and deception on how the company is performing. Zero accountability from leadership on failures and shortcomings. Tons of lying about earning potential to reps. If you inherit a great market, you have a chance to do well, but they aren't ever hiring for those and making markets smaller, which decreases earning potential, and hiring in territories that are under developed, multiple reps have already failed in, or competitors have a strong footprint in. They don't listen to reps or understand how different each territory is and customize how it should attacked. The reps are mostly great people with great hearts and are only still there because of the impact on the people they serve. Very sad leadership no longer makes that the focus and has lost their way.
