My overall experience was great. Would recommend this to most people. Offered great benefits, compensation structure got better as the company grew, great culture and teams. There were markets that were much more desirable than others, felt like there could have been better growth opportunities.

It was an OK gig. They need to reimburse more for gas, and are in an extremely competitive market where there are many alternatives.

Disappointing not to get properly compensated for the work we put in. The bonus structure is unattainable for most reps and the annual performance review did not yield any significant increase in compensation.
