My team is professional and mature. RevOps is sort of a mess, but people are kind for the most part. Clients are generally very positive towards the brand- it’s nice showing up and having some recognition. Ceiling for pay is not high, but quotas are absolutely fair. Manager is hands off- but very helpful as well. Benefits are good. Very little travel.
