My team is professional and mature. RevOps is sort of a mess, but people are kind for the most part. Clients are generally very positive towards the brand- it’s nice showing up and having some recognition. Ceiling for pay is not high, but quotas are absolutely fair. Manager is hands off- but very helpful as well. Benefits are good. Very little travel.

Low, even it was attainable which it's not. The structure is changing with an emphasis on net new, without qualified leads to support the direction.

I would not recommend working for SHRM Enterprise Solutions if you value executives who lead by example and care about their people’s mental and physical well-being.
