Former Employee3.9Feb 9, 2024Left in 2018. Overall experience was positive. Good way to break into IT Consulting industry. Comp model rewards those that put in the work and get results consistently. The base pay is low, but comparable to other VARs. Accelerators and SPIFs pay you well, and don’t have many caps. Great benefits.
